The Live Well Metabolic Makeover was created by Dr.
Horton to be a safe and effective way to dramatically improve your health from
the inside out. It is not a “Magic
Bullet” or a “quick fix.”
The Program consists of Two Phases.
Phase One: Purify the Body and Break Food Addictions
The first three weeks of the Program we get back to basics. We focus on eating whole foods: vegetables, fruits,
and clean sources of protein. Targeted
supplementation is used to enhance healing, vitality, and increases metabolism. We help you find your metabolic fat-burning
self with customized nutrition.
“No-needle”
acupuncture is utilized to break additions that may be impairing your
progress, and to stimulate additional weight loss.
Phase Two: Build Muscle, Strengthen Heart
and Lungs
While good habits continue the last nine weeks of the
program, targeted physical activity is initiated. Participants exercise six days per week: three 20-minute cardio
sessions and three 46-48 minute strength-training sessions.
The Live Well Metabolic Makeover program is
physician-monitored and Dr. Horton must approve your participation. A new group begins the first Monday of every
month.
